Why We Built ISP Boss ERP
In 2012, our team started managing real ISP networks on the ground. We personally experienced every nightmare: 2 AM panicked calls for fiber cuts, lost collection cash in handwritten paper books, manual Winbox PPPoE blocking mistakes, and customer disputes over unrecorded bills.
Existing software was either overly complex, lacked Bangladesh MFS (bKash/Nagad) sub-second reconnection, or crashed during billing cutoffs. We took all 12 years of core network admin expertise and ISP pain points to build ISP Boss — a robust, unified ERP tailored specifically for real-world ISP realities.
